FAQs

Q: What are your shop hours?

A: Someone should be in the shop Tuesday-Saturday from 12 pm and 8 pm to answer questions or do a same day call in appointment. With current Covid restrictions, that is subject to change without notice.

Q: I tried calling during business hours but no one answered, why?

A: We take our client’s experience very seriously. they are, after all, paying us to do a job and we want to provide the best service we can. That means we don’t answer the phone when we are with a client. please leave a message on the voice mail or contact us through our contact page and one of the artists will contact you as soon as they can.

Q: What payment types do your artists take?

A: We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and most forms of digital payment (Apple Pay, PayPal, CashApp). Individual artists may vary in their payment methods.

Q: What is the shop minimum? How much will my tattoo cost?

A: Shop minimum is $100 and all artists are $150 an hour.

Q: Does it hurt?

A: We’ve found most tattoos are uncomfortable to some degree but are rarely painful. Everyone’s experiences are different though.

Q: What should I do to prepare for my tattoo session?

A: Getting a good night’s sleep the night before your appointment, make sure you eat a good meal, and be hydrated are the easiest things you can do to make sure your tattoo experience goes as smoothly as possible.

Q: Do you pierce?

A: No. We are strictly a tattoo studio. Piercing is a specific set of skills and knowledge and we feel it’s better to focus on giving a great tattoo experience. Top of the line piercers can be found here.
